Does this design concept appeal to you? More urban spec versus a modern spec. More like Bellora. Warm, inviting, solid. Not sleek, not glassy.

Do the following amenities appeal to you? Business center, a media room, a game room (with video games and tv’s) fitness room and living room, roof top deck area. No concierge planned.

How does this parking situation sound to you? 1 stall per bedroom. 2 floors of additional parking in the building which will be “for rent” and operated by Diamond parking. Homeowners stalls will be in a gated area at the bottom of the garage. The parking garage will be manned after hours with an attendant. The “rental” parking will be completely separate from the condo parking.

How important is this location? 1 block north of Pike Place Market, ½ block west of 1st Ave.
