(10’ clear) High end appliances, good specs. They may also have larger units which will price up in the $700,000’s. They have views.

How does this parking situation sound to you? 1 stall per bedroom. 2 floors of additional parking in the building which will be “for rent” and operated by Diamond parking. Homeowners stalls will be in a gated area at the bottom of the garage. The parking garage will be manned after hours with an attendant. The “rental” parking will be completely separate from the condo parking.
