The following questionnaire has been assembled to collect information anonymously from all SCA members residing within the boundaries of the Barony of Wyvernwoode. Please take a few moments to answer these questions and return this survey to the Baronial Censor. Your name will not be used in conjunction with any of your responses and responses will be separately assembled to be presented at an upcoming Baronial meeting.
