I think the park is a great idea - provided it plans to develop attractions primarily around "silent sports" - skiing, hiking, biking, etc. We already have lots of ATV/motorized options in the area, but we are lacking in trails, etc, for those who enjoy hiking, etc. And we have such a beautiful environment for it.
