Definitely Koch. Phelan is a bully. And coming from a guy who values competence above all else, I wouldn't say that he's any more competent than Koch, either.

How many city hall computers voted while on the dime ?

Yeah, we learned the hard way that someone with only a high-school education cannot possibly run a city as large as Quincy. This shouldn't be a popularity contest, but a true leadership position. Hopefully everyone will remember that in the upcoming election no matter who jumps in the race.

We certainly don't need a dishonest mayor as we have now. Having Mr Clasby and his relatives who don't live in Quincy is the final insult after the extremely high increase in our home taxes. GO BILL, we are behind you.

I agree. an election should be every 4 years. Every 2 years is such a drag on this city.

WHY WE HAVE AN ELECTION EVERY TWO YEARS IS BEOND ME. MAYBE IF IT WAS EVERY FOUR, WITH A CITY WITH 100,000 PEOPLE, WE GET MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE TO TAKE INTEREST IN BEING MAYOR.
