I think it's unrealistic to expect that all poz people will disclose their status voluntarily because of the paranoia and prejudice that exists. I think EVERYONE should assume that EVERYONE is positive and either practice safe sex - or choose not to - with the understanding of the potential consequences. I think it's unfair to place the burden of responsibility solely on hiv poz people - it's everyone's responsibility.
