I feel the usn had a chance to get the captain when he jumped overboard. Why didn't the usn have there small gun boats 50 feet off of the bad mens boat waiting for a chance to capture them or do battle with them when the Held captain was in the water. Former usn sailor. I know the navy can do better. I hope our new president is not going to be another Jimmy Carter
