If these people are reoffending then obviously the system that is allowing them back into the general public needs to educate themselves better on the subject of sexual offenders. I'm not willing to sacrifice any friends and family members until they do. Look at the recent Middleboro attack..tell me that was not calculated and how many more will there be.
