You Massachusetts Moonbats are unreal. Do you wonder why the rest of the country thinks of you as nuts?

By state law a person already has to be 18 years old to use a pellet gun and or a paintball gun. The person under 18 must be supervised by an adult and at an appropriate place to shoot it. Looks more like parental problems here not the need for more laws. Enforce the existing laws instead, the only ones affected by new laws are the ones that obey the existing ones anyway!!!!

So an eight year old takes a pellet rifle from Daddy's cabinet and shoots somebody with it and now we "Need" more laws ?

How about enforcing the existing ones ? How about charging Doofus Dad with child endangerment ?

Please, un bunch yer panties and get on with life.

    Yeesh.

Come on... knock off the stupid "let's make laws so we don't have to use common sense" idiocy.

I have sincerely had enough with people not bothering to use common sense or teach their children basic safety.

Hey guess what? We already have laws against shooting someone's house with a pellet or BB gun...

What practical value do pellet guns have? They should be regulated like any other "GUN". My house has been hit twice so far and I had to pay out my own pocket to fix the damages. You can control the guns, but you can't control people who don't have any courtesy for their neighbors.

rhere are enough regulations in place.
this state over regulates as it is.
    ya can't regulate common sense.

Do you people jsut write these questions knowing what kinds of answer you are going to goet for the heck of it? Anyway, Regulations should be obvious!! It's something that launches pellets under pressure and can kill if shot in the right spot. only common sense!!
